Such a powerful time this is.
The seismic shift in our political landscape has certainly stirred me to the core. I find myself leaning into the wisdom, strength, comfort, love and compassion of those around me like never before.
As Hivery members, we share a commitment to be and build inclusive community.
“The Hivery is a place to gather and share. We’re a community that thrives on being vulnerable, supportive and brave.” – The Hivery “Be Nice Terms”
How might this commitment to community take shape in the here and now of our altered post-election world? How might we care for ourselves and each other as we face the uncertainties and challenges ahead? How do we dare to imagine the world that can be, and have the courage to take steps to make it so?
Let’s gather and explore these questions… TOGETHER!
Join us at the Hivery on Tuesday, January 10th, for an informal gathering led by Carmen Silva and Grace Kraaijvanger to share and imagine what’s possible. We will also be announcing and honoring the “We Rise” scholarship finalists and recipient to honor the change agents in our community who work tirelessly toward equality.
In the cradle of each other let us animate our biggest hearts, our wildest imaginations, and our deepest humanity.
This gathering is an initial expression of the Hivery’s ongoing commitment to bring more light and love into these uncertain times. The evening will include sharing the vision for this emergent initiative, as well as creating space for meditation; journaling; partnered listening exercises; and a facilitated group conversation about what is possible.
This event is FREE to members as part of our monthly Hivery Circle series (and $20 for non-members), but kindly register below.
