About EMILY BOSCHETTO
After having a baby in June 2016, Emily Boschetto decided to leave the corporate world of marketing (ex Unilever and IBM) and take the bold move (along with her husband, Matt) of setting up and creating their own business. She'd grown up in Yorkshire, England and as a country girl always had a passion for flowers, nature and everything thats beautiful in this fabulous world of ours. Her husband, a born and bred San Franciscan, his family had started off as rose growers in the Bay Area when they immigrated from Genoa nearly 100 years ago. And up until this day still operate in the industry. Together they had the ultimate ambition of making beautiful fresh flowers affordable and sharing the best of what is locally grown and sourced right here in California. In this they created a Bloombox business. They source blooms from local Bay Area farmers, they box up and deliver to your front door. They're different to any other flower business as they don't arrange the blooms you do. It helps them to keep the costs down (keeping extraordinary flowers affordable) and it's not only quick and easy to do it enables you to experiment and learn a few tips and tricks in the process.
