Join Hivery member Shannon Hughes for this immersive workshop where you'll play and move and tell stories together -- all in the name of our shared aliveness!
What does it feel like to be fully present; to exercise joyfulness and stay fiercely connected -- to one another, to your creativity; your community?
How might it also feel to let go and say “yes”, embracing new opportunity?
Join Shannon ad explore both!
During the workshop, Shannon will guide you through a series of play-based exercises designed to get you out of your head and into free-flowing connection with your creative self. She will support practicing important skills around intentional listening and awareness, spontaneity and effective collaboration, together in a fun and inclusive space.
As seats are limited, advance online registration is required. Free for members. $30 for non-members. This is a BYO brown-bag lunch discussion. All are welcome!

About Shannon Hughes
Shannon is a Bay Area native who recently swapped her career on the corporate stage for the return to an artistic one. After almost 20 years supporting global clients with their brand and marketing needs, she resigned to embark on a new life track filled with creative adventure.
Since then, she has written and performed four solo shows, published a handful of essays through Medium and continues to train as a voice actor. Most recently, Shannon launched Enliven Studios -- a business that uses improv-inspired learning to bring humanity back into the corporate world, through authentic communication and connection.
