Inner Knowing for Creators: From Meditation to Connection with Rosie Acosta
Nothing can compare to a physical face-to-face connection. The feel of a genuine laugh or the satisfaction of sharing ideas in person is far better than reading a text and misunderstanding the intended meaning of the typed message. Meditation can help us explore our inner landscape and create a deep relationship to who we are, but that connection can often get "lost in translation" when we are out in the world. This meditation workshop will explore the relationship between Meditation and Connection and how it is more important now more than ever. Learn how we can utilize this practice to create more union, and community with the people in your life. Learn how to bring the practice outwards once you've gone inward.
The Power of Great Hunger: Igniting Our Dreams and Healing the World with Dr. Tererai Trent and Dr. Kristie Pretti-Frontczak
Do we truly have the right to dream? What drives our hunger to dream? What truly breaks our hearts? Asking these questions and honoring their answers is a sacred process that ignites our dreams and heal what silences us as well as the world. In this remarkable session, the presenters will offer participants with a powerful lens to create a fertile ground for harnessing the feminine energy for a better world. The session will inspire participants to realize that we, as women, gatekeepers and entrepreneurs, are a massive, untapped, global resource needed in this world. The session pulls from indigenous wisdom rooted in sacred experience and generations of lives, modern research, and daily rituals and inspires women entrepreneurs to be part of a circle of sacred sisterhood and ignite their dreams for the collective good.
