The Enneagram Experience with Johanna Beyer and Kim Morrow

Self-awareness is the key to being the most successful leader you can be both personally and professionally. Knowing your blind spots, understanding your triggers and leveraging your super power strengths are the keys to creating internal and external success.

The Enneagram is an ancient tool that helps you see clearly the ways you may have been holding yourself back and supports you to release limiting patterns that keep you stuck. It is also incredibly helpful in showing you new directions to enhance the way you show up in the world. In our 15+ years of coaching and consulting, this tool is our all-time favorite when it comes to helping people enhance personal impact and creativity.

In this interactive 3 hour workshop, you will:

  • Better understand your core motivations, blind spots and strengths.

  • Have several opportunities to learn about your type and other people’s types.

  • Lead with more creativity and effective communication to achieve better results.

  • See new ways to stretch your comfort zone as a leader and release yourself from repetitive patterns that limit your potential.

  • Have fun and get to know new people within your community.

Pre-Work for this Session:

If you do not already know your Enneagram Personality Type, here are two options you can take to get a reliable result.

Integrative9: $60
This questionnaire and report is much more thorough, giving your valuable information on your main personality type, sub type centers of expression and more. If you are curious about the Enneagram, we would recommend choosing this option.

The Enneagram Institute: $12
The Riso-Hudson Enneagram Type Indicator (RHETI v2.5) is a scientifically validated test that results in your scores for all nine types in a full-spectrum profile, as well as the Expanded Type Descriptions (of over 2,500 words each) for your top three scores. These type descriptions have been revised and updated to provide the most comprehensive type summaries available.
