EntrepreneurCircle_Update1_Square.jpg

Join us for our casual and conversational Entrepreneur's Circle at The Hivery! This is another way to make sure you're not tackling the business of building a business on your own, but rather with the trusted circle of The Hivery community. This month, we welcome author, editor and digital content strategist, Rachel Lehmann-Haupt, Founder and Creative Director of StoryMade Studio, to lead our monthly circle.

Every business leader, whether you’re a solopreneur or leading a larger organization, has a story and needs to be engaged in storytelling. Neuroscience studies show that our brains are wired to better remember stories than data, facts, and figures. In her presentation, The Art of Thought Leadership, Rachel will teach you how to authentically connect with the audience you want to reach. Together, we will explore how to understand the psychographic of your audience, how to figure out your most natural communication style (i.e writing, public speaking, videos, TV / Podcast interviews), and what your audience wants and needs from your storytelling content. No matter the medium, all leaders today need to take their customers on journeys that will engage them emotionally. So Let’s do this!

Key takeaways include:

  • Why storytelling is one of the core components of building brand equity.

  • The basic framework for developing the story of your work.

  • How to figure out the best ways to deliver your story to the people you want to reach.

As seats are limited, advance online registration is required. Free for members. $30 for non-members. This is a BYO brown-bag lunch discussion. All are welcome!
