Stacey Yates Sellar, C.A.P.P., began studying and practicing positive psychology interventions of gratitude, positivity, optimism, care, mindfulness, beliefs, neuroscience, willpower, and success at a very early age. Practicing what she preaches for most of her life has helped her manifest the life of her dreams which include her hot Scottish husband (who she married in a castle in Scotland), 2 healthy children (she had after the age of 40) and finding her passion (curating and teaching happiness skills)! For the last 14 years, she has been an integral part in building SkinSpirit Skincare Clinic & Spa, the leading luxury medical spa in the country. She credits staff success and client loyalty to simple positive psychology interventions. In 2015, she earned her certification in applied positive psychology and has since begun Happier By The Minute, a business that offers coaching and motivational products- including one-minute educational videos- that turn the research and the rigor of Positive Psychology into easy-to-practice daily habits. So we can all live happily ever after!

Neka Pasquale L.Ac. MS is a licensed Acupuncturist, Author and the Founder of Urban Remedy. She created Urban Remedy as a natural evolution of her passion for health and healing and living a lifestyle with “food is healing” as her mantra. Growing up in the farm-to-table culture of Northern California, Neka was inspired by people who care about what they eat and who strive to eat for health as well as pleasure. In her private practice of over a decade, Neka combined acupuncture and Chinese medicine with cutting-edge nutrition and lifestyle modifications to heal, balance and create optimal health. Neka started leading wellness retreats with her patients and over and over again they described experiencing life-changing results after just a few days. Inspired by these transformations, Neka knew she had found her calling and in 2009, Urban Remedy was born.

Laura Harrison is the designer and organizer behind Less Mess. More Life. A people motivator who sees the possibilities in every space, she believes one’s external environment directly impacts their internal state and in living with less in order to have more. She is continually inspired by small-closet-managing, floor-space-scrounging, and an every-inch-counts mentality that comes with San Francisco living. As a mother of two, she understands the constantly changing needs of every size home or family. Her mission is to empower people to see that change is possible within their home and their life. To help client’s make the change, she transforms spaces using design and organizing principles. Her style is rooted in quality over quantity. In investment pieces and affordable accessories. In making little changes to make a big impact. In finding ways to create calmer spaces so clients can focus on truly what matters.
