The Inspiration Circle is a facilitated group session all about personal discovery and exploration. Join us to connect with fellow members and come together in a welcoming group setting! This monthly event is a great opportunity to share motivation, ideas, coaching, and mentorship.
This month, we are excited to host: Leading Through Connection with Anna Kawar. Leading Through Connection (LTC) is an organization that is working to redefine what compassion looks like for leaders. Compassion has come to be misunderstood as “just being nice,” when in fact, it is aimed at alleviating suffering and being helpful. LTC provides an approach for individuals and leadership teams to incorporate mindfulness and compassion into their daily leadership with the goal of shifting the way they lead and serve their employees, teams, and customers. As part of this Inspiration Circle, we will dive into real examples of challenging interactions, explore what got in the way, and reflect on the internal and external barriers to bringing compassion into our leadership.
As seats are limited, advance online registration is required. Free for members. $30 for non-members. This is a BYO brown-bag lunch discussion. All are welcome!
