The Inspiration Circle is a facilitated group session all about personal development, discovery and exploration. Join us to connect with fellow members and come together in a welcoming group setting! This monthly event is a great opportunity to share motivation, ideas, coaching, and mentorship.
In this talk you will learn Amber’s approach and practice for clarifying your inner thoughts and bravely expressing them. She will present evocative questions and rituals that facilitate daily clarity. Once we clarify our thoughts and ideas, the next step is to skillfully express them. You will learn and practice this as a group. Amber will share helpful strategies for expression that foster authentic sharing with healthy boundaries.
Come hear best practices and experience a sensory self-inquiry process. Leave this session with at least one thought clarified and fully expressed without blame or judgement.
As seats are limited, advance online registration is required. Free for members. $30 for non-members. This is a BYO brown-bag lunch discussion. All are welcome!
