Treat yourself to a break from your screen to connect with yourself and others on this special day. Get blissed out with aromatherapy, join a heart guided meditation, sacred rituals and a short but joyful ART activity.
This session is designed to uplift and fit into your productive workday - we welcome you to dress comfortably and experience mediation in your work clothes! All levels of meditators are welcome to join.

About Lisa Rueff
Lisa Rueff is the Founder of Collective Hearts, who are dedicated to spreading love through our heart-shaped jewelry, heart-centered experiences, and charitable giving with every purchase.
Lisa is also a a vibrant Bay Area yoga and meditation teacher known for her ability to bring community together for joyful and inspiring yoga classes, hikes, humanitarian retreats, and workshops worldwide. Lisa has been featured in Yoga Journal, Mantra magazine, Yoga International, Origin magazine, and more. She served as a Lululemon Ambassador and Zobha Circle of Grace member. She has taught at Yoga Works, Yoga Tree, Bay Club, Red Dragon and New Om World. Lisa teaches Yoga Hikes on the weekends which have been featured in SF Magazine, Sunset and Marin Magazine.
For over 15 years, Lisa has been leading meaningful Yoga Retreats worldwide through her humanitarian retreat company, Yoga Ventures. A successful philanthropist focused on sustainable solutions for women and children, Lisa founded and built the Jacmel Children’s Center, a home and school for earthquake-orphaned children in Haiti. There are now 27 children living at the center and are thriving.
Lisa is also the creator of SPARKED, the board game with inspiration, heart and hilarity that celebrates and uplifts the players and always delivers rich, meaningful experiences to bring people together to celebrate, inspire, and uplift each other.
Lisa loves the opportunity to bring people together in heartfelt ways and inspire others to follow their unique passions, dreams, and bliss. That we each have our own unique ability to make a difference in the world, and anything is possible. She enjoys leading Wellness Wednesdays, and offering Hivery members opportunities to feel nourished, uplifted and rejuvenated from the inside out.
