In this special Member Spotlight, Kim Thompson Steel will share a handful of must-have tips and tricks for shooting, editing and sharing videos online using your iPhone.
Have you been wanting to create short videos on your iPhone and add to your storytelling bag of tricks? Did you know you can use the power of iMovie - on your iPhone! - to tell those stories? Steam rising from your morning coffee, awe-inspiring landscapes from your vacations, your kids diving off the dock - all of these can create visual narratives that can enhance the photos you are already creating and sharing online.
Kim will share some basic tips for shooting video on your iPhone and afterward demonstrate how to edit your footage together in iMovie to get you on your way to producing your own short stylish videos. Our primary focus will be to demonstrate how to shoot and edit a short video for Instagram, but we will also talk about other sharing options such as Vimeo, YouTube or Facebook.
For this class, you will need an iPhone with iMovie pre-installed. This is an introductory, hands-on class.
As seats are limited, advance online registration is required. Free for members. $30 for non-members. All are welcome!
