We are thrilled to welcome the co-authors of the new book The Feminine Revolution Amy Stanton and Catherine Connors to The Hivery on Friday January 18th 12. 30 - 1. 45 pm.
This interactive and provocative discussion will confront twenty-one feminine qualities that are perceived as weak and reframe them as powerful tools that are the basis for lasting relationships, creativity, leadership and authenticity. Using their own personal journeys alongside historical research and analysis, the co-authors challenge societal misconceptions and make the case for a fresh look and a new approach to femininity, arguing why these traits are to be embraced rather than maligned.
Attendees will be inspired to think differently and will leave with practical tools to tap into their power, their femininity, sensitivity, intuition, and even their tendency to cry. The workshop will include a 20 minute interactive talk, a Q&A, and book signing at the end.
Key takeaways will include:
Challenge old and outdated perceptions that feminine traits and qualities are weaknesses, and learn how to revisit those characteristics as powerful assets that should be embraced rather than maligned.
Each attendee will learn how to define femininity in her own way.
Leave with the tools to explore the full range of their powers and release the internal struggle between their masculine and feminine traits.
As seats are limited, advance online registration is required. Free for members. $30 for non-members. All are welcome!
