Approaching your personal brand as the Product of You.
Everyone has a story. And each of us has reason to share it. Whether you’re a business owner, a freelancer, you’re thinking about going back to work, or you have a presence online (that’s everyone, really), personal branding is the way in which you tell your story. It creates an emotional connection to who you are, what your past experience has taught you, and where you would like to go.

WHO IS THIS PERSONAL BRANDING WORKSHOP FOR?
If you've ever struggled with the question, "So, what do you do?" this two-week workshop with Founder of The Hivery, Grace Kraaijvanger, is for you! This signature workshop has benefited over 100 women in our community!
As we explore what's next for us, whether that's starting a new business, considering going back to work, or starting a new independent consultancy, it's imperative that we are thoughtful about our personal brand presence, both online and offline.
Includes two group sessions and one private session with Grace.
//WHAT YOU'LL LEARN
In this three-part workshop (two group classes + one private coaching session with Grace), we'll explore the tools to establish a professional presence and personal brand identity and determine how your brand can convey your values, passion, strengths, and skills. You will learn how to define your personal brand and how that translates to social media, in-person, and more.
You will leave this workshop with a clear, well-crafted personal brand statement, practice on describing what you "do," and a clear action map for how to communicate it verbally, online, and offline.
This program includes a private 60-minute private action-mapping session with Founder of The Hivery, Grace Kraaijvanger to customize and put into play the concepts that you learned in the workshop. These consultations are designed to create action plans so that you use your learnings from the workshop in way that generates results. Depending on your needs and the scope, Grace can help you to map your plan, support you in inventorying your skills, knowledge, and passion, and/or use her marketing expertise to help you craft the personal brand description, business offering, or messaging to achieve your goals and create action.
This is a roll-up-your sleeves working session. All consultations are 100% confidential and private. Most working sessions result in "homework", commitments, accountability emails, and/or timeline planning.

About Grace Kraaijvanger
Grace Kraaijvanger is the Founder and CEO of The Hivery. She is a visionary entrepreneur, artist, and community-maker who created The Hivery as a realization of her longstanding dream to bring a community of women together in a beautiful space that would inspire and empower them to reach their fullest potential. From the beginning, The Hivery has been a metaphor for so much more than just a physical space; it represents a movement and an elevation of women.
Before launching The Hivery in 2014 and after a decade-long career as a professional ballet and modern dancer in San Francisco, Grace entered into motherhood and began working as a marketing executive for Fortune 500 technology companies. But the unexpected loss of her mother catalyzed her to search for something deeper; her life’s true purpose. On that search she realized there were women, just like her, in pursuit of their next chapter: women who wanted to switch careers, start businesses, go back to work, or change direction to pursue a passion. Coupled with the realization that there was no “space”, both literally and metaphorically, for women to find and create meaningful work outside of “work” norms, she decided to go after her dream and The Hivery was born.
Over the years as The Hivery continues to grow, Grace has discovered much of what she knows to be true about starting and running a business is rooted in dance and artistic expression: the importance of showing up every day and doing the work; surrounding yourself with people who believe in your unique purpose; and leveraging setbacks as invaluable learning tools. “Entrepreneurs are artists of life,” according to Grace.
Grace is a go-to speaker and business mentor who has spoken at high-profile events such as Watermark, The Girls Lounge at Dreamforce, Listen to Your Mother, Woven Women’s Conference, as well as countless Hivery events and gatherings. The Hivery was awarded “Best Office Space in the U.S. and Canada” by Wayfair, Inc. in 2017, and Grace and The Hivery have been featured in outlets such as Domino, San Francisco Chronicle, Marin Independent Journal, Huffington Post and Entrepreneur. She is on the board for the SF Dance Film Festival and the Nasdaq YeX Advisory Board. Grace currently resides in Mill Valley with her husband and two teenage children.
