The Hivery Wellness Wednesday with Jennifer Reynolds

Jennifer specializes in a mindful, alignment-based Vinyasa (flowing) yoga. This session is designed to fit into your productive workday - we welcome you to dress comfortably and experience yoga in your work clothes!  All levels of attendees are welcome to join. 

As seats are limited, advance online registration is required. Free for members. $20 for non-members. All are welcome!

We know that life happens and things change. We will gladly offer you a full refund for a workshop or event when requested via email to events@thehivery.com at least seven days prior to the event. Please note that no refunds will be given to cancellations made within a week of a workshop or event.

About Jennifer Reynolds

The Hivery Wellness Wednesday with Jennifer Reynolds

Jennifer has been practicing yoga for over two decades and has had the opportunity to study and train with many wonderful teachers over the years. She has been teaching since 2004 and has most recently completed her 500 hour certification through YogaWorks but has perhaps been most deeply influenced by her mindfulness training at Spirit Rock Meditation Center and cherishes the tradition of deep silence and stillness she continues to experience there. Jen wholeheartedly believes in the power of yoga to heal and transform suffering in the world and lovingly encourages her students to find compassion, grace, and ease in the present moment, and to meet whatever arises with kindness. When not practicing or teaching yoga, you'll find Jen humbly and often joyfully traversing the paths of motherhood and midlife in Marin County, California.
