Wellness Wednesday: On-Demand Tools for Dealing with Stress and Anxiety with Alexandria Murallo, PhD

This special Wellness Wednesday is a group session facilitated by our guest, Alexandria Murallo, PhD. Join us to connect with fellow Hivery members (and non-members) and come together in a welcoming group setting!

Come and learn a simple, practical writing technique for clarity, direction, and meaning. Transform a moment of stress into an opportunity for growth, execution, and empowerment. Alexandria has developed these techniques over many years of working one-on-one with patients and wanting to give them relief quickly and easily, while also being transformative.

As seats are limited, advance online registration is required. Free for members. $30 for non-members. This is a BYO brown-bag lunch discussion. All are welcome!
