Wellness Wednesday: Everything is Better with Cacao with Nicole Gnutzman

IMG_6176.jpeg

Everything is better with cacao (what we know as chocolate)…. Whether it’s your creativity, focus, mood or your spiritual practice that needs a boost, add a little pure ceremonial cacao (not your average store-bought cacao) and everything flows better and feels more joyful. Add a little ritual and ceremony to feel supported and you have a beautiful recipe for reconnecting mind-body-heart-soul. Oh, and you’ll receive a recipe for cacao bliss balls, and other resources, so you can continue this practice at home.

In this beautiful ceremony, Hivery member Nicole Gnutzman will offer a taste of her restorative Cacao Medicine Journeys and share how cacao as a personal practice can teach, heal and guide us to wholeness.

She will share her ceremonial cacao drink, guided meditation and sacred music as she calls in (with her beautiful Buffalo drum) the directions and elements, spirit animals, ancestors and spirit guides to join us and bring us their wisdom, guidance and medicine to support us.

Come with an intention for what you would like to receive–inner calm, creativity or guidance–and then simply relax into a restorative, meditative journey. You will receive exactly what you need in that moment. Feel free to bring an sacred object or something special you would like blessed for the altar.

In this session, you will lie down and be taken on a guided journey. There will be a few yoga mats available or you can bring your own. And if you prefer to do this in seated position that’s perfect too.

As seats are limited, advance online registration is required. Free for members. $30 for non-members. This is a BYO brown-bag lunch discussion. All are welcome!
