This special Wellness Wednesday is a group session facilitated by our guests, Lisa Brent and Sangita Pedro. Join us to connect with fellow Hivery members (and non-members) and come together in a welcoming group setting!
Learn how to naturally invigorate our bodies so we are able to do more in our life and business. As women, our bodies require specific support in order to operate on optimal levels to generate business, create our visions, and take care of our families, friends, and communities. In this workshop, you will learn naturopathic approaches, tips, and tools to elevate your mental acuity and focus, reduce stress and anxiety, balance hormones, and feel more energy and stamina.
As seats are limited, advance online registration is required. Free for members. $30 for non-members. This is a BYO brown-bag lunch discussion. All are welcome!
