Writer's Circle: A Time To Write

WritersCircle_ 20160727-_DSC1760_Square.jpg

Are you working on a newsletter, blog, or book? Is it hard to sit down and write? Are you constantly distracted? Do you keep putting it on your calendar, but it never gets done? Are you looking for community and resources around writing?

Join award-winning author and writing coach Thais Derich in a monthly 75 minute coached Time to Write session. Join us in-person at The Hivery or virtually on Zoom.

Mark it on your calendar like you would a business meeting and join a community of people who are looking to make space for their writing. There will be a 15-minute warm up that will explore writing blogs, newsletters, and long-form mediums like books and short stories. And then, there will be timed writing intervals. At the end, there will be a short, optional sharing opportunity.

Get the writing guilt out of your head and put pen to paper while building a community and improving your writing.

About the Writer’s Circle:

Every month The Hivery invites new and established authors to share their wisdom, experiences and resources for writers and non-writers who love books.

The Writer's Circle is facilitated by Hivery Member, Thais Derich. Thais Derich's memoir—Second Chance: A Mother’s Quest for a Natural Birth after a Cesarean (She Writes Press, May 9, 2017)—was a finalist for the Foreword Reviews' 2017 Book of the Year Award. Second Chance was also a finalist for the Creative Non-Fiction Magazine’s Baby Anthology. Thais is an international writer and public speaker on "Being the Hero of Your Life" and "Seeing Invisible Choices" in childbirth and beyond! She is also the founder of the "Write Your Impact" book program.

As seats are limited, advance online registration is required. Free for members. $30 for non-members. BYO brown-bag lunch discussion.  All are welcome!
