We look forward to welcoming you to The Hivery! Please complete the below payment form to secure your event reservation.
By purchasing the rental, you are agreeing to pay the amount below for the time/date that you have secured and agreed upon with The Hivery.
Please note that renting The Hivery only includes use of the space at the agreed upon day/time and does not include any staffing or catering or guarantee any promotions on The Hivery’s website, social media, physical space, or elsewhere. All promotions of the event are the responsibility of the renter and must follow the guidelines in our agreement.
Days/times are not guaranteed until payment is received, a contract is signed and deposit check is delivered (if space is being used on an evening or weekend).

- Full access on Friday evening for set-up: 6pm-finish (we would coordinate access via August Lock, as before, so you could close up when done)
- All-day (8-hour block) access on Saturday (12pm-8pm/12:30-8:30pm); please note that on this day we would have a staff member present to ensure you have everything you need so we will need to confirm her schedule in advance; our cleaning team would arrive at 8:30pm, so all event clean-up would need to be done at that time.
- Please note that there is an additional $125 cleaning fee and $500 deposit, as before
