Through hands-on, tactile projects, like drawing, painting, intention necklaces, friendship bracelets, and mandalas, to name a few, we’ll dive into a dynamic world of imagination, connection, and joy, creating a space where stress melts away and creativity thrives! 

This is the perfect hour-long break from your workday. Drop in for a casual hour of creative connection and watch how an hour of creativity drops your stress and gets you back into the flow for your meaningful work.

Since this is during the lunch hour and meant to be a respite, feel free to bring your lunch along.
