Amy Motroni is a certified life coach, bestselling digital creator, and founder of a fast-growing online motherhood publication, Genius Mom Hacks. She is your "mom coach you didn't know you needed" and is passionate about helping busy moms ditch the overwhelm and create homes that run on autopilot. As a mom of four kids (including twins), Amy has walked through the chaos herself - and come out with systems that actually work. She shares her strategies with a community of over 400,000 moms online and lives in Northern California, with her husband and kids. When Amy isn't coaching, speaking, or helping moms, you can find her walking with her weighted vest, watching her kids play sports, or relaxing on the lake in their boat.
Dr. Alexandra “Daisy” Crosswell is redefining what it means to thrive under pressure. A former UCSF School of Medicine professor and NIH-funded stress scientist, she spent 15 years researching how stress shapes the mind and body. Today, she brings her scientific expertise to the corporate world by advising leaders, teams, and product innovators on how to build resilience and well-being in high-pressure systems. Her latest venture, CEO of Motherhood, helps high-achieving but super stressed women create sustainable success. She earned her PhD in Health Psychology from UCLA and her BA from Duke University.
