This one-hour embodied anatomy + somatic movement class explores how body awareness, developmental patterns, and subtle internal attention can create easeful, upright sitting without bracing or strain. 

Learn simple practices to support the pelvis and core, free the neck, jaw, and tongue, and feel more ready to write, work, and express yourself. You’ll leave with a more buoyant posture, less tension, and practical tools you can use immediately at your desk.
