How to Get Comfortable Being Your Authentic Self on Social Media with Jackie Reale {Mill Valley}
Hosted by Jackie Reale at The Hivery | September 17 | 12 - 1 PM | Mill Valley, CA
From Jackie: So many of us are comfortable sharing what we make, sell, teach, or offer on social media, but much less comfortable turning the camera around and letting people see us. The truth is, people don’t just want to connect with what you do; they want to connect with the person behind it.
In this supportive, hands-on workshop, we’ll talk about how to show up more naturally and authentically on camera, without feeling like you have to perform or become a different version of yourself. I’ll share the simple lighting and filming tools I use, and we’ll actually practice together in a safe, judgment-free space so you can start getting more comfortable seeing and hearing yourself on camera.
One of the things I never expected from showing up more consistently online is how much it would deepen my own confidence. The more I stopped trying to look or sound a certain way and simply showed up as myself, the easier it became, and the more comfortable I became with me. My hope is that you leave feeling more confident, more connected to yourself, and more willing to let the people you’re trying to reach actually see you.
