As busy creators and entrepreneurs, we’re tethered to our phones for the hustle, yet we’re side-eyeing our kids' screen time. Time to clean our own side of the street, restore our peace of mind, and reclaim real connection.

We’ll talk about what keeps us tethered and how to trade the "always-on" anxiety for real-world presence. We’ll hear insights from Generation Remix’s youth leaders, the kids who have grown up navigating the digital madness. Tiffany is the founder of Generation Remix, a local nonprofit helping teens tackle the rising youth mental health challenge by creating and implementing digital wellbeing programs.
