Plan to Finish: A Project Planning Workshop with Megan Flatt

Plan to Finish: A Project Planning Workshop with Megan Flatt

Hosted by Megan Flatt at The Hivery | June 3 | 11:00 AM–12:30 PM | Mill Valley

Got a project you really want to wrap up before summer starts? Or a fresh idea you’re finally ready to bring to life while the pace slows down?

Join us for a focused, 90-minute workshop designed to help you get clear, get organized, and get going. Whether you're launching something new or tying up loose ends before summer, you'll walk away with a complete project plan and a realistic timeline to make it happen.

During our time together, we’ll:

  • Select and define a project that matters to you

  • Clarify what success looks like (aka what “done” really means)

  • Break it down into bite-sized, doable tasks

  • Plug it into your calendar with a realistic timeline

Plus, you’ll learn the one key definition that blows everyone’s mind — and will totally change the way you approach planning going forward.

You’ll leave with a clear plan you can follow and finish — and yes, we’ll be using Post-it notes to make it visual, flexible, and fun.

Who it’s for:
Entrepreneurs, creatives, business owners, and big thinkers who are juggling a lot and want a proven, low-stress way to finish something meaningful before the season shifts.

What to bring:
Bring your project ideas, your calendar or planner, a pen, and your favorite sticky notes if you’ve got them (we’ll have extras, too).

This is a Hivery community event.
