Join Surbhi Adora for a women-centered strength training class designed to meet you exactly where you are — whether you’re brand new to strength training, returning after injury, managing chronic pain, or ready to build on an existing practice.

This class introduces the foundations of strength training with a thoughtful, accessible approach that prioritizes longevity, confidence, and sustainability. You’ll learn why strength training matters — especially for building muscle mass, supporting bone density, and protecting your body as you move through life — and how to train in a way that feels supportive rather than depleting.

Each class includes:

  • Functional strength training with options to modify or progress based on your body, energy, and experience level

  • Focus on technique and foundational movement patterns over complex one-off exercises

  • Intentional pacing and rest, so you can build strength without pushing into overwhelm or all-or-nothing thinking

  • A guided cooldown and educational conversation, where we slow things down and learn how to make fitness part of real life — not another thing to “do perfectly”

This is more than a workout. It’s an educational, grounding experience that helps you understand your body, build trust in your strength, and leave feeling steady, capable, and supported.

Each class stands on its own and is fully drop-in friendly, while those who attend regularly will naturally build familiarity, confidence, and progress over time.
