Join Surbhi Adora for this 4-week women-centered series that blends effective, functional strength training with pacing and nervous system tools to help you get stronger without draining your energy or slipping into all-or-nothing thinking. It will meet you where you are, build on the strength you already have, and help you move forward with confidence. You’ll learn how to pace yourself, adjust intensity to match your energy, and keep making progress even when life throws curveballs.
Each class is drop-in friendly and stands alone, but those who attend regularly will have options to progress their routine and naturally build confidence and strength over time.
