Substackers Presents: Meet the Women Behind the Writing

Substackers Presents: Meet the Women Behind the Writing

Hosted by The Hivery & Substackers Club
Tuesday, September 29 | 6:30 – 8:30 PM
475 Miller Ave, Suite A, Mill Valley, CA

The Hivery and the Substackers Club invite you to an evening of connection and conversation with three special guests. Together, we’ll explore how they use Substack to share their expertise, support their businesses, grow their networks, and express themselves creatively.

Featured speakers:
Shira Gill — writer of The Life Edit, organizing expert, author of three books, and retreat leader
Sophie Davies — writer of CUPPA, founder of Cuppa Culture, and leader of The Hivery’s Substackers group
Jillian Bremer — writer of A Great Curiosity, Human Design coach, and vintage shop owner

The panel will be moderated by Hivery Founder, Grace Kraaijvanger, and will focus on how each speaker uses their newsletter for business, creativity, community-building, events, retreats, and real-life connection.

We’ll talk about how each of them got started on Substack, how their editorial voice and strategy has evolved over time, and the role their newsletter plays in supporting their business and bringing people together. There will also be time for audience Q&A at the end.

Guests are invited to arrive from 6:30pm for welcome drinks and mingling, with the panel beginning promptly at 7:00pm.

Whether someone is curious about how creatives use Substack, already writing on the platform, or simply loves hearing from women putting thoughtful ideas into the world, everyone is welcome.
