Sustainable Strength: Build a Fitness Routine that Sticks {Mill Valley, CA}
Hosted by Surbhi Adora at The Hivery | June 16 | 12 - 1 PM | Mill Valley, CA
Sustainable Strength is a monthly workshop series for women who want to make fitness a lasting part of their lives — not just another thing on the list.
Each session blends guided movement with real conversation. We cover a new topic every month — think habit building, recovery, navigating busy seasons, and what "consistency" actually looks like in a full life. You'll leave with practical tools, a clearer sense of what's working for your body, and a community that gets it.
What to expect:
A short guided strength and mobility practice
Group discussion on a monthly theme related to making fitness stick
Time to reflect, ask questions, and set intentions you'll actually follow through on
Why monthly? Changing how you relate to fitness takes more than one workout. Monthly sessions give you the space to try something, see how it lands, and come back to adjust — with the same group of women doing the same work alongside you.
Who it's for: Anyone who wants to build a sustainable fitness practice — all levels welcome. If you're managing chronic pain or an injury, you're welcome to join and opt out of the workout.
What to bring: Yoga mat, water bottle, and your questions.
JUNE Topic: When Sh*t Hits the Fan; Build your Health Contingency Plan
You had a structure. Then travel happened. Or a program launch. Or a kid's crisis. Or just three weeks of relentless back-to-back. This session is about what to do when the plan isn't an option, and how to stop letting disruption become the reason you fall off entirely. You'll leave with a contingency plan for your health and fitness routine and a mental framework for bouncing back faster, without the guilt spiral that makes it worse.
